All return/refund/exchange usually will be processed within 3-5 business days (It may take up to 7-10 business days to process holiday returns) once returned item received. You will receive email from us. If you didn't receive email, please contact us again.
General return/exchange policies:
1. To return/exchange, buyer will have to email us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of shipment. Upon approved by us via email, buyer will have 7 days to ship the item back to us.
2. All parts must be included in original packaging. Your RMA# MUST appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment. No refund/exchange will be processed if the package is late or MISSING UPC bar code or WITHOUT an RMA#. And we will not ship it back, unless buyer pays the fee. Please do not write anything on the item.
3. We offer exchange for all defective items. All items returned will be checked carefully by our engineer in order to return to manufacturer.
4. For exchanging an item, we will ship the new item on our expense. No exchange between two different items will be allowed, even if both items are very similar but different model.
5. For returning an item, we will only refund the purchase price. The paid shipping fee will not be refunded. Shipping fee will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery or returned due to invalid shipping address. We will charge 10% restocking fee for unopened item. We will charge 20% restocking fee for opened item.
6. Buyer takes care of return shipping fee. We will not accept any postage due or bill recipient packages.
7. All LCD TV/Plasma TV received damaged/defective/DOA must be reported within 72 hours after delivery to qualify for return/exchange. Please contact manufacturer for warranty after 72 hours.
