Protect your IPhone!!!! Jan 25, 2010 This product works great. I have tried may different covers to protect my $400 phone with little success. A few of my coworkers suggested the ISkin cover so I jumped on it. It fits well in the and keeps it from sliding arround in my car and in the gym. The plastic piece that covers the face will is a little annoying when my alarm is going off or the phone rings. Not bad just time consuming. One thing I am really upset about is the plug cover at the bottom has begun to rip a little and gets in the way when I try to dock it in the car. Other than that it is GREAT. Thanks and have fun.

Perfect for someone clumsy . . . like me. Dec 13, 2009 I drop phones. It's just what I do. So when I got my iPhone, I wanted something that would keep it safe. Things tend to just HAPPEN to my nice things, too, so I wanted something with a plastic screen protector - something that is hard to find.
This thing is great. It fits on the phone no problem, the ports are all easily accessible. If you need to use your lower jack for anything OTHER than power or syncing, though, you'll have to remove the cover. (like for docking, etc)
Only other drawback is the plastic cover doesn't always want to stay in place on the back of the case (during phone use). You have to be certain it is set on the tabs. Also, I get the feeling that over time (a long time, mind you) the face plate tabs will crack and break. Mine are fine so far, and that is with someone shoving it down in a car cup holder when they didn't see it (being completely clear). I can see hairline cracks in the corners, but so far, so good.
I'm very pleased with this, and pretty sure it has helped from dropshock and the occasional liquid encounter. My husband and I have identical cases, so he put a vinyl sticker on the back of his (traditional stickers will not stick to the rubbery surface), and I have a small sticker on my faceplate to help me locate it if I set it down away from my phone (remember - it's clear, and not that big -very lose-able!).
All around good product.

Great protection for the 3GS Dec 01, 2009 This is the second Revo I've owned as I had one for my 1st Gen iPhone 2G, and I've gotta say it exceeded my expectations. It's not so much that it's better than the original, they're different, but it certainly does what I need it to do: wrap around my iPhone protecting the scratch-easy surfaces and keep dirt from getting in.
Now, having said that, the detachable screen protector is a bit of a pain. As many have pointed out, on the original revo for the iPhone it snapped onto the back snugly - but this was largely due to the flat nature of that iPhone. The curved bottom of the iPhone 3G and 3GS poses problems that the Revo2 tried to solve by creating large rubber latches on which the screen protector can connect. The problem is that this is still a malleable material so invariably unless you're conscious of holding the phone in such a way that the screen doesn't fall off the back easily, it's destined to pop off at some point. I just basically take it off and hold both in the same hand without snapping them together, but this isn't always an option.
Truth be told if you're careful about what pocket you put your iPhone in and what you put in with it, you shouldn't have a problem simply not using the detachable screen protector, and otherwise it's not so bothersome either that I've felt the need to ditch it. I like the added protection. I definitely like the fit of the Revo2 itself over the iPhone 3GS, and I've found nothing better for my iPhone after going through literally dozens of selections and their respective reviews.
Next generation case has flaws Nov 11, 2009 I've had the originial revo case on my 2G iPhone and absolutely loved it. It kept my phone is near-mint condition.
Its sad that iSkin dropped the ball so profoundly on their next generation case - the revo2.
Pros:
It protects very well against weather, drops, smashes, etc.
It keeps phones virtually scuff and scratch free
Cons:
The iPhone's proximity detector has a hard time with the translucent earpiece section. Often, when you move the phone away from your ear, the main screen remains blank.
This causes problems dialing numbers and hanging up
The case, like its predecessor, is a lint magnet.Far worse than any other case I've tried. The microbial properties of the case just grab dust and lint.
The docking port protector is now integrated into the neoprene case and hinges backward. It makes docking the iPhone virtually impossible with most standard-size iPhone/iPod docks. Also, this section is sure to wear and eventually peel off - I'd be surprised if it lasts most users 6 mos.
The hard plastic cover does not securely fasten to the back of the phone, like its predecessor did. I don't know why iSkin decided to add small tabs for the cover to snap into - it just doesn't work well. Its very easy to pop off and lose, which I did. I called customer service for a replacement. They tried to charge me $15.00!!!! For a cheap piece of plastic.
Overall, I'm disappointed.

Junk Oct 13, 2009 This case is completely ridiculous. You have to actually take the shield off every time you use your iphone. Who does this? I use my phone quiet often and the last thing i want to do is take a cover off, snap it on the back and finally be able to use the touchpad. The markup on the case is another joke. Someone is making a boat load of money because this little piece of *#$@ cost about 2 bucks to make, if that. If you want a great case try the Otterbox Defender. It's only con is that it's a little bulky, but it protects your iphone like nothing else.
