Works Great, had previous generation headset, loved it. This one far better... Love new ear piece..:)Seller was on the mark. Thanks for quick shipment, will do business again.
 Didn't live up to the hype Feb 19, 2010
Good news: it looks cool and it is light-weight.
Bad news: Poor fit, for my ears. The ear loop didn't improve the fit. The volume adjustment is not intuitive; I find myself reaching for the phone to turn the volume up or down.
Conclusion: Jawbone being one of the more expensive bluetooth headsets in the market, it simply didn't live up to its price tag.
Weak bluetooth implementation Feb 16, 2010
I've owned 10 bluetooth headsets and this is the worst. It comes with many ways to attach to your ear, none of which worked well. Also, all other headsets took at most 2 seconds to connect with the phone when powered on. This one hardly ever makes the connection. One must power on and off several times in order to get a connection. People tell me I sound muffled, even though I am careful to make sure it is touching my face. This is difficult considering the first issue.
Did not work for me Feb 15, 2010
I purchased this item to replace a broken Plantronics Voyager Pro. My old Voyager Pro worked flawlessly until it physically broke. I found the Jawbone to be uncomfortable to wear, and very difficult to use. I returned it to amazon, and got a new Voyager Pro under warranty at no cost.

Sound quality is good. Sound volume is low, hard to hear while driving. The battery life is questionable. I cannot tell if it works as advertised because I use it sporadically.
