The Best Bluetooth Ear Piece Around - with a little modification Aug 20, 2009
I truly believe this is the best Bluetooth headset around with one small modification.
The noise cancelling is excellent, the device is very light in the ear and the battery power - while not amazing - is certainly sufficient for daily use. I think I get 2-4 hours talking time on a given charge depending on how much standby it included.
While this earpiece does a great job of blocking out the ambient noise to the people on the other side of the conversation can hear your voice, I do not feel it helps the user hear the other side of the conversation as the ear bud does not provide a good seal to block out the same ambient noise. That said, with a simple earpiece change even that problem can be solved.
I used a company I found on the internet (not providing the name as this is not an advertisement) that provides custom made molded earpieces and they make one for the Jaw Bone and Jaw Bone II. Once that is on there, the only thing you can hear in that ear is your phone conversation.
